San Marino High School

San Marino High School, part of the San Marino Unified School District, achieved great goals both academically and in its VAPA (Visual and Performing Arts) department. Last year, the government reduced school fund by 1.6 million but it still worked its way through with many difficulties with generous donations and work of the students. As a student, I participate in programs that helped our school to earn donations, such as drama performances. These events not only helped the school to solve its problems but also provided entertainment for both the community and the student body. All of us who participated had a great experience and lots of fun throughout the act. The last drama performance I helped was the musical “Cats.” It was a great success; most tickets were sold before the show and all the seats were taken. The show consists of three different groups of the VAPA department, the drama department, chamber choir, and the visual art department. The absence of any of the three can have a huge impact on the show, just like how important the teachers are to our school. Students and teachers in SMHS worked hard and created this fun and intellectually entertaining school. It is important for all of us to work hard and maintain this school no matter under what condition so others can have a chance to enjoy the fun of learning and the great community around school.

A Peek of the Hunting Library

The Huntington has always brought the City of San Marino a great cultural, research, and educational center. The Library consists of some of the finest and most rare books and manuscripts of American history. Among the collection, are the manuscript of Geoffrey Chaucer’s Canterbury Tales, a Gutenberg Bible, and a collection of some of Shakespeare’s early works. What used to be Henry E. Huntington’s house, now is an art gallery with collections of 18th and 19th century British and French art. It includes the recognizable Blue Boy by Gainsborough, and Lawrence’s Pinkie.

Covering 120 acres, there are more than a dozen diverse gardens. Amongst them are the Japanese Garden, the Rose Garden, and the Desert Garden.
Having been open for almost 9 decades, The Huntington remains one of the most significant and prideful treasures that lie within San Marino.

International Success Begins Locally

We believe that real estate is a local business driven by individual associates and their presence within their communities. Our associates are the face of Keller Williams Realty, so our associates have a strong voice in guiding the business through their local Associate Leadership Council (ALC).

Each ALC brings associates and management together in the market center on a monthly basis to direct decisions on how individual offices operate. Among the areas ALCs oversee are staff training and local marketing, finances and operations.

ALCs are comprised of top KW agents who know what it takes to succeed in their market and have a desire to see the company as a whole grow and prosper.

Unconventional – Our Family Reunion

Our dynamic annual meeting of agents and brokers is the best-attended company event in real estate. More than 10,000 of our family members gather to learn, socialize and become inspired to accomplish even greater goals.

What is KW Cares?

KW Cares is the brainchild of Keller Williams agents who had a dream to reach out and support fellow KW associates in times of need. Mo Anderson, vice chairman of Keller Williams Realty Inc., took this dream and brought it to fruition as a public charity – KW Cares.

Today, KW Cares is supported by all our associates across North America. It has truly become the heart of the Keller Williams culture in action – finding and serving the higher purpose of business through charitable giving in the market centers and communities where our associates live and work.
